Slitting Knife
Rolling scissors are used to cut various materials on the longitudinal cutting line. The size, material, hardness, and rubber layer of the cutting tool vary depending on the material being cut.
Blades are generally suitable for larger units, such as large steel manufacturing plants, steel pipe plants, non-ferrous metal processing plants, bundling material plants, cold rolling plants, packaging material plants, steel plate processing service centers, steel screening plants, strip steel mills, and slitting machine manufacturers.
Material selection: Cr12MoV, 9CrSi, 65Mn, SK4, H13, LD, hard alloy, etc., processed and produced according to customer requirements.
There are various factors that affect the quality and effectiveness of cutting. On the one hand, it is the accuracy of the cutting tool itself (thickness tolerance, flatness, parallelism, surface roughness), and on the other hand, the characteristics of the material being cut, the installation of the cutting axis, and the configuration parameters of the longitudinal cutting line.
Product advantages:
1. Selection of various raw materials: materials chosen according to the needs of different customers.
2. Complete manufacturing system: A dedicated person supervises the entire production process (selection of raw materials, machining, heat treatment, grinding). This ensures the production of high-quality cutting tools.
3. Process heat treatment: Heat treatment is an important factor in producing blades, and having a vacuum furnace can prevent tool decarburization, thereby ensuring the hardness of the entire tool.
4. Cryogenic treatment process: Cryogenic treatment process can eliminate the internal stress generated after heat treatment, transform the austenite structure inside the mold steel into martensite, provide the toughness of the blade, and extend the service life of the blade.
Longitudinal cutting machine blades, also known as disc longitudinal (rolling) cutting machine blades, are used in the metallurgical strip cutting industry. They are disc rolling cutting machine blades, also known as rolling cutting machine blades, rolling cutting machine circular blades, longitudinal cutting machine blades, longitudinal cutting slitting machine blades, longitudinal cutting machine circular blades, etc. Longitudinal cutting machine blades are used for cutting edges, slitting, etc. of thin, medium, and thick plates. The blades range from 10mm to 2000mm, with an accuracy of up to 0.003, a thickness tolerance of ± 0.001, and a smoothness of up to ± 0.8. The heat treatment requirements for longitudinal cutting machine blades are high, and the heat treatment (tempering treatment 5-8 times) depends on the hardness. The blades are cooled and can only be processed when there is no heat. This way, the blades will not have chipping or softening during use, and their impact resistance and toughness will be higher. The main materials of the blade include tool steel and alloy steel such as 5CrW2Si, 6CrW2Si, Cr12Mov, LD, H13, W18Cr4V, H13K, LD, etc. The blade edge is sharp, wear-resistant, the cutting edge is flat, the product is smooth, and the heat dissipation performance is good.
The hardness of the slitting machine blade depends on the material, with tool steel generally having a hardness of HRC58 ° -60 ° and special steel generally having a hardness of HRC60 ° -66 °. Used for cutting edges, strips, etc. of thin, medium, and thick plates, such as hot-rolled coils, acid milled coils, electroplated and colored steel plates, silicon steel plates, stainless steel, silicon steel sheets, and other industries.
Standard slitting machine blades are available in stock, while non-standard slitting machine blades can be customized and processed according to customer provided drawings, specifications, materials, HRC values, etc.
